Joost van der Spek (b. 1997) is based in the Netherlands with roots in street art, advertising and commercial illustration. His practice moves between painting, murals, tattoos, and art toys. He creates a visual universe full of story and imagination.

This collection of paintings are windows to our spirits and our surroundings. Joost combines snapshots of moments and objects stuck in time; these ignite associations and stories in the viewer.
